P&B 505 Flat Cover - PVC

P&B's 505 Flat Cover is cut from 360gsm PVC coated polyester for reliable weather, UV, dirt and scratch protection during storage and transit. Designed to fit with the mast up, boom down and shrouds attached. Quick release buckles, upgraded under hull straps, drawcord hem and lighting board attachment straps throughout. Designed, cut and finished in the P&B Sail Loft using a laser plotter for accurate measurement. Supplied with a 5-year limited warranty. Please note: covers are now supplied in grey – a limited number of blue covers may still be sent while stock lasts.

Designed to fit your dinghy with the mast up, boom down and shrouds/forestay attached, our specification features:

• Upgraded quick release under hull straps.
• Velcro and quick release straps between the mast and bow.
• Drawcord hem with front fastenings tie and clips for shroud points.
• Upgraded quick release buckles on the shroud points and mast collar.
• Lighting board attachment straps.

All P&B covers are designed and manufactured in our UK Sail Loft. We use a laser plotter for accurate material measurement and a precise cut. The covers are then finished by our team of skilled machinists and quality checked by our Sail Loft manager before they are shipped. The PVC polyester comes with a 5 year limited warranty*.
