Maybe it’s not quite right, a wrong fit, or you just changed your mind. No problem, fill in the form with all the info and return to Head Office with the items within 30 days – we’ll get everything sorted for you.
Making a purchase is easy. Browse the website, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your bag. After you've finished your selection, click on the bag icon in the top right to proceed to the checkout, delivery options and payment.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Shipping and Handling Carriage charges (including packaging and insurance) will be added to your order.
Delivery Schedule
Goods are normally dispatched on the day that we receive your order. P&B reserve the right to use the most applicable shipping method and charge appropriately.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Your whole order will be dispatched once all items are in stock. If you need anything urgently please get in touch.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and we will reduce the cost of the order by 20%.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Details are not held in clear text on any web site.
Prices
Our Prices should be correct at the time of posting on the website www.pinbax.com. However, we reserve the right to change them without prior warning or notice.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you buy any item from us and find that it does not suit within 14 days, we will exchange it for another of similar value.
