Postal charges
UK Customers:
- Free delivery is available to mainland UK addresses for non-liquid/non-hazardous online orders over £70 in value, under 5kg in weight, and under 1m in length.
- For free, or standard delivery, we aim for your order to be delivered within 2-5 business days. This may be longer when we're exceptionally busy (usually after bank holiday weekends).
- Next day delivery is available for qualifying orders placed before 3.30pm GMT Monday-Thursday to mainland UK addresses, for items under 30kg and 1m in length (at additional cost – see table).
- Next Day in stock orders are usually delivered within 24 hours of dispatch, however some remote parts of Mainland UK, or locations which require additional transport methods, eg by ferry or air travel, may experience longer delivery times of up to 2 working days.
- Next day orders placed after 3.30pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the next working day.
- Next day orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the same day where possible, with delivery on Monday.
- All liquids, such as polishes, paints and varnishes, and all bladed items are required to be sent via a specialist courier.
- Oversized/overlength items, such as spars, trailers, trolleys etc cannot be carried by our regular couriers and require a bespoke delivery quotation.
- Please note: We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

RETURNING ITEMS
We hope your order’s exactly what you wanted...
...but if you do need to return anything, just complete the form and send it back to us.
Maybe it’s not quite right, a wrong fit, or you just changed your mind. No problem, fill in the form with all the info and return to Head Office with the items within 30 days – we’ll get everything sorted for you.
- Return unwanted items in an unused, saleable condition including original packaging and tags attached.
- Fill in your reason code on the slip to aid the return process.
- The buyer shall be responsible for packing, insurance and carriage costs of returned goods. This includes deliveries that are refused, these costs can be significant due to surcharges imposed by the carriers.
- Choose a suitable postage service for your returns. We advise getting proof of postage and using a trackable, recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any returns which go missing in transit.
- Bespoke or cut-to-length items cannot be returned unless faulty. If you experience any issue with our made-to-measure services please email info@pinbax.com so we can assist you.
- Please allow 10 working days for returns to be processed.
ONLINE ORDERING
Making a purchase is easy. Browse the website, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your bag. After you've finished your selection, click on the bag icon in the top right to proceed to the checkout, delivery options and payment.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Shipping and Handling Carriage charges (including packaging and insurance) will be added to your order.
Delivery Schedule
Goods are normally dispatched on the day that we receive your order. P&B reserve the right to use the most applicable shipping method and charge appropriately.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Your whole order will be dispatched once all items are in stock. If you need anything urgently please get in touch.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and we will reduce the cost of the order by 20%. Please be aware local duties and taxes for non UK customers will be not be applied to an order and payment will be required on your goods entry into your country.
Overseas Business Orders
If you are ordering from, or delivering to an overseas business address you must provide us with your registered EORI/VAT/Equivalent number/reference.
Failure to provide the details above will result in delays and the possible cancellation of your order.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Details are not held in clear text on any web site.
Prices
Our Prices should be correct at the time of posting on the website www.pinbax.com. However, we reserve the right to change them without prior warning or notice.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you buy any item from us and find that it does not suit within 14 days, we will exchange it for another of similar value.
