Gift Vouchers

Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given. Gift Vouchers can be purchased for any value up to a maximum of £1,000 per voucher. Payment for the Gift Voucher will be charged at the time of purchase, not on the date of issue, and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The value of the Gift Voucher is your choice, up to the £1,000 maximum. The Gift Voucher will be allocated to the recipient's account in the form of e-wallet credit, which can be redeemed at the final stage of checkout.

Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order has been confirmed by ourselves. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until the confirmation email has been received.

Unwanted Gift Vouchers cannot be returned, and voucher codes cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.

If the recipient does not already have an online account with our site, they will need to create an account using the email address the voucher was delivered to. This can be done during the checkout process. The funds will then automatically appear in the recipient's e-wallet, with the option to redeem the funds against the cost of purchases in their basket.

If the items purchased total less than the Gift Voucher amount, the remaining funds will stay in the e-wallet and can be used towards a future purchase. If the items purchased exceed the Gift Voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid by card to complete the order.

Items bought using Gift Vouchers can be returned or exchanged but cannot be refunded. Only additional monies paid over and above the Gift Voucher value will be refunded, and a new Gift Voucher code will be issued.
