Waterproof dry bags seal out spray and rain using roll-top closures. Sizes range from small pouches for phones and car keys to large expedition bags for multi-day passages. Transparent panels let you see what you've packed without breaking the seal. Attachment points clip to boats or buoyancy aids so critical items stay with you, not at the bottom of the boat.

Sailing holdalls differ from standard sports bags through reinforced bases that handle wet floors, drainage eyelets that prevent standing water, and materials that resist salt corrosion. Separate compartments keep dry clothing away from wet wetsuits or drysuits after a day on the water.

Choosing the Right Sailing Bag

For dinghy sailing, lightweight holdalls with good drainage work best for transporting wetsuits and buoyancy aids. Keelboat sailors often need larger capacity bags for extended trips. Dry bags in 5L, 10L, and 20L sizes cover most day sailing needs, while 40L+ expedition bags suit offshore passages or multi-day events.

We stock Gill, Zhik, Musto, and other technical manufacturers who actually understand what sailing bags need to withstand. Whether you're carrying kit for dinghy racing, moving gear between boat and car, or storing emergency supplies on keelboats, the right bag handles the marine environment season after season.
