P&B Streaker Main Halyard

Spliced in house, This a length a 3mm Dyneema with a spliced loop in one end to attach to a hook on the side of the mast for adjustment.

On the loop it also has a 3mm PS12 tail attached to make it run smoothly up the mast when hoisting a dropping.

The advantage of using a halyard with the hook is that it reduces the load on the cleat and reduces the chances of the halyard slipping down the mast.

 

Supplied in Black Dyneema with a PS12 Tail.
