Seldén British Moth Lambda Mast

The Seldén British Moth Complete Mast in Lambda section is the most flexible and lightest aerofoil mast section in the Seldén range, making it ideally suited to the British Moth class. Built from 6082T6 aluminium with CNC plasma cut tapers, heat-treated after tapering for increased hardness. Supplied complete and ready to be customised and rigged by the P&B workshop team.

Seldén Cadet Mast 2420

The Seldén Cadet Complete Mast in 2420 section is the lightest and smallest aluminium section in the Seldén range, locally reinforced for extra strength in high-load areas while keeping overall weight to a minimum. It carries an outstanding championship record and is supplied complete, ready to win off-the-shelf. Built from 6082T6 aluminium with CNC plasma cut tapers, heat-treated after tapering for increased hardness.

Seldén Optimist Pro Mast - Flex

The Optimist Pro Mast Flex is the ultimate spar for lighter sailors up to 45kg. 15% more flexible than the stiff variant, it delivers more bend and gust response to flatten the sail earlier and automatically de-power in stronger conditions. Constructed from 7075 T9 alloy, hard anodised and cold drawn for accuracy. Use with a PRO Flex boom for sailors under 40kg and the RIGP-1396M PRO Mast rig pack. Includes Delrin heel plug, stainless sprit block backing plate, through-bolted kicker cleat and aluminium boom pin stop.

Extruded profiled sleeves at deck and behind the spreader bracket provide local support in high load areas, and a specially developed jib halyard box handles the class's typically higher rig tension. Fully adjustable spreaders for accurate tuning. Supplied complete and ready to customise and rig by the P&B workshop team.

Seldén Optimist Pro Sprit

The Optimist Pro Sprit is a super stiff, ultra-light 28mm alloy sprit designed to deliver the rigidity needed for effective de-powering in gusts. Constructed from 7075 T9 alloy, hard anodised and cold drawn for accuracy. Thinner wall reduces weight without compromising stiffness.

Seldén Solo Zeta mast

The Seldén Solo Complete Mast in Zeta section is designed for lighter sailors as a modern alternative to the C Sleeved section. Extruded from Seldén XPS aluminium – a material alloyed specifically for Seldén with higher tensile strength than standard grades – it reduces the risk of permanent bend under load. An 800mm internal sleeve at deck stiffens the lower panel and protects against local loading. Supplied complete and ready to race. A halyard lock can be fitted – contact the team to add on.

Seldén Firefly C Section Mast

The Seldén Firefly Complete Mast is supplied to class racing specification in 6082T6 aluminium with CNC plasma cut tapers for accuracy, heat-treated after tapering for increased hardness and a durable peened finish.
