P&B Merlin Rocket ODL06 Mainsail With over 50 years of sail making experience at its disposal the P&B sail loft team have built a reputation for producing some of the best sails on the market. All our sails constructed in the UK and are produced using the latest in design software, materials plus are hand marked round to ensure accuracy and consistence. We can tailor to specific customer requirements. This long establishment has led to frequent World, European and National championships wins in a variety of classes. All our sails are supplied ready to use straight out the bag. The heaviest of our laminate range the Dimension ODL06 cloth is durable whilst been 20% lighter than Dacron. The seams of the Aramid Laminate mainsails are glued using the Ultra Bond Adhesive System, which eliminates the need for stitching and offers a smoother, stronger sail without the associated laminate tearing. We have also been careful to develop luff lines to fit the Super Spar, Chipstow carbon spars and CST Rig. All sails come complete with battens, bag, sail number and leech tell tales. NOTE: SAIL NUMBERS AND ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS CAN BE ADDED IN THE CHECK OUT PROCESS.
