Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded the full amount.
We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods or for any losses or damages incurred by incorrect or unspecified use or fitting of any products supplied by us.
If you are unclear about any of the fitting or user instructions that are supplied with the products then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that some of our products that we supply may be for show use only and are subject to laws regarding the Highway Code.
P&B can not be held responsible for any convictions or prosecutions resulting from the use of any of its products.
In if any doubt, always seek advice from your local law enforcement before use.
We endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Should delivery be delayed by more than 28 days you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the goods.
We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.
This does not affect any other statutory rights that you may have.
The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute that must be resolved by court action will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
