To fix the Micro Compass to boats which have spinaker poles:
Remove sticky backing from the foam pad and attach to underside of bracket
Secure bracket to the spinnaker pole using the preferred choice of velcro, cable ties, duck tape etc.
WARNING: do not place too far along the pole as access is needed to the compass to enable set up procedures
Bracket is then a permanent fixture.
